Bert Crate Flywheel Shim
Aluminum shim .038" thick.
These shims set the proper distance between the flywheel and idler gear in a BERT bell housing.
The magic number according to BERT is 1.250" +/-.020". This dimension is from the face of the flywheel to the rear of the block (bell housing mounting surface) when using a 1/4" mid-plate or motor mount.
