To My Highly-valued Customers:

There are a lot of exciting things happening at Race-1! In short, Race-1 is BUSY, bursting at the seams with work! —and very thankful for that!

My current workload has required me to develop a greater organizational plan at all levels of my business.

I am humbled and encouraged by the confidence you have placed in Race-1 and committed to providing the superior service you have grown accustomed to.

Though my phone can be one of my finest business tools, still it can become an enemy to my hands-on work. I truly care about all my customers and want to answer every call but in practicality cannot if I intend to complete the work I am committed to. I ask for your understanding.

Because of my organizational development plan, I am not answering my phone during the day. I ask you, my deeply-appreciated customers, to please leave a message and permit me to return your calls between 6 and 8 PM. (If I do not return all my calls by 8, I will text you to gain your permission to call you beyond that hour.)
